eSIMcity (esimcity.app) provides prepaid travel eSIM data plans through our website and mobile app. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Account information: email address, display name, and a user identifier when you register or sign in with email and password or Google. Order information: destination, plan details, price, payment currency, order status, eSIM activation details (including QR codes and ICCID), and Stripe payment references needed to fulfill your purchase. Support information: subject, description, product area, and email address when you contact us or open a support ticket. Usage information: data consumed and remaining on your active eSIMs, retrieved from our connectivity partner so we can show usage in your dashboard and app. Preferences: language, currency, and cookie consent choices stored in your browser or app. Technical information: approximate country derived from your IP address to suggest currency and destinations, plus basic server and security logs.
How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage your account; process payments and deliver eSIM profiles; show order history, QR codes, and data usage; respond to support requests; send low-data alerts in the mobile app when you allow notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve our website and app. We use analytics and marketing technologies only if you consent through our cookie banner on the web.
